Herman Miller is looking for new opportunities beyond the traditional workspace. “Third places”—locations that are neither home nor office—provide a unique opportunity.
Working in connected cafes such as Starbucks is increasing in popularity. We were asked to develop furniture concepts for this market opportunity while considering the Herman Miller and Starbucks brands along with user needs.
Final design was presented to executives from Starbucks, 5D Studio and Gensler Associates.
